Thunder Bay police force have arrested and loaded a 19-year-old man at the northwestern Ontario city regarding an alleged assault that’s recorded and posted that social media.
A news release Wednesday from the Thunder Bay Criminal Service (TBPS) said it, which showed a man assaulting a “vulnerable male sorry victim, ” is believed to are being recorded on Apr. 4.
The statement cited the alleged assault were initially reported to criminal arrest, and officers only was aware of the video when it started off circulating on social media.
