The Surrey RCMP Best Crime Section is researching after someone shot in a officer during an attempted traffic stop Friday weekend.
Some of the officer tried to conduct their traffic stop with a green sedan that was westbound by 82 Avenue near 128 Street at about 9: second there’s 55 p. m.
When the officer turned on unique emergency lights, RCMP say the sedan driver reached out of their vehicle window while fired two shots inside officer.
The several officer followed the vehicle to buy a short time before pulling over on public safety.
RCMP confirmed this officer was not injured, but are shaken from the events.
“At this time, the vehicle is described as a black sedan. Getting a more detailed description of the ride and the driver are a head investigational priority, ” told me Surrey RCMP in a launching.
Anyone who sees the suspect vehicle has become urged not to approach keep in mind this, and should call 911, simply because driver is considered by cop to be armed and perilous.
