New mudslide forces closure of Highway 99 between Pemberton, Lillooet

Just hours after the zone reopened Highway 99 between the two Pemberton and Lillooet, the road was closed again caused by a new mudslide.

According to DriveBC , typically the slide came down into a stretch of the highway any where from Lil’wat Place and Seton Lake Road.

The highway was shut off both directions from as regards to 9 kilometres north among Pemberton to Lillooet.

DriveBC said every assessment was underway, throughout the next update Thursday available on noon.
