Faced with a slim marketplace during the pandemic, Taylor Environment friendly switched from comedy to allow them to starting a company based on former mother’s popular biscotti call.
Founded in September 2020, the Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company produces a North American-style biscotti, a twice-baked biscuit designed to be dipped in the right beverage. It’s slightly a lot than its Italian version, and available in a variety of non traditional flavours, including a take on Oklahoma city Bay’s beloved persian.
